1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the organization and functioning of the retail market of electrical energy, and also provision of services in this market.

2. (Bertisbayev N. B.) to provide to department of power industry and solid fuel state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan Orazbayev B. E.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration, except for the following regulations established by the above rules:

Item 54 becomes effective since April 1, 2005;

the subitem 2) of Item 63 becomes effective since July 1, 2005;

subitems 2) and 3) of Item 58, subitems 1) and 2) of Item 70 become effective since October 1, 2005;

the subitem 6) of Item 70 becomes effective since January 1, 2006.
