For this purpose the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the resolution of June 23, 2005 No. 255 "About approval of limit of consumption of heat, electrical energy, natural gas, water and acceptance of drains for 2005-2006 for state-financed organizations and measures for rational use of the funds allocated to state-financed organizations for payment of utilities" was accepted.

Academies of management in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, Military prosecutor's office of the Kyrgyz Republic, Judicial department under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, Department on protection of correctional facilities and convoy of the condemned persons taken into custody, the Ministries of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, Diplomatic academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head department of the public fire service under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head department of hydrometeorology of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Kyrgyz national complex "Manas Ordo" The state vocational training agency under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Border service of the Kyrgyz Republic, National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, State environmental protection agency and to forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, State agency on physical culture and sport, cases of youth and protection of children under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Military court of the Kyrgyz Republic, International institute of strategic researches in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, National broadcasting company of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Kyrgyz aviation college of I. Abdraimov, Service of the state protection of the Kyrgyz Republic, the International university of Kyrgyzstan.

2. Approve limit of consumption of heat, electrical energy, natural gas, water and acceptance of drains for 2007-2008 for budget consumers according to appendix.

3. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments and other executive bodies in week time to distribute and bring in accordance with the established procedure limit of consumption of heat, electrical energy, natural gas, water and acceptance of drains to the subordinated and territorial organizations and divisions, and also the relevant electro-, warm and gas supplying companies and production and operational management of Bishkekvodokanal.

4. - provide in 2007-2008 check of consumers of heat, electrical energy and the thermal sources financed from local and republican budgets;

- complete implementation of energy passports in state-financed organizations.

8. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of power and mineral resources of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
