2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 11, 2002 N483 "About Approval Procedure of Investing Programs and Construction Projects and Conducting Their Complex State Examination" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, N 15, the Art. 800);
Item of 8 changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, N313 "About Modification and Recognition Voided Some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning Rescue Case" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2004 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, N 10, by the Art. 617);
Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2006 N427 "Question of Complex State Examination of Construction Projects" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, N 14, the Art. 992);
Item of 2 changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, N663 "About Introduction of Amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 8, 1997 N996 and of April 11, 2002 N483" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2006 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, N 20, by the Art. 1466).
3. To the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction together with other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations in two-month time:
