About places of arrival of motor transport
In pursuance of Article part six 11, of Article 94 of the Customs code of Ukraine and for the purpose of enhancement of forms of control of delivery in customs of purpose of goods which is imported on customs area of Ukraine by road transport, I ORDER:
1. Determine that:
1.1. The territory determined by customs of appointment or its part of the check point through frontier of Ukraine, sea or river port, airport, railway station, company (cargo customs complex, avtoport, the autoterminal, warehouse of temporary storage of open type, customs licensed warehouse, the central marshaling yard, regional marshaling yard, the place of the international post exchange) can be the place of arrival of motor transport.
The territory of warehouse of temporary storage of the closed type or division of customs of appointment in which the customs clearance is directly carried out can be determined by the decision of State Customs Service of Ukraine by the place of arrival of motor transport.
1.2. Forming in the Single automated information system of State Customs Service of Ukraine (further - EAIS) and adjustment of the List of places of arrival of motor transport (further - the List) are performed by Management of control of cargo transfer on representation of customs of appointment. The form of representation is given in appendix to this order.
