About state regulation of import of fish and seafood, products of their conversion
For the purpose of enhancement of the state control of import of fish and seafood, products of their conversion, protection of economic interests of the state and ensuring completeness of payment receipt in the budget:
1. Determine that import to the Republic of Belarus of fish and seafood, products of their conversion is performed without quantitative restrictions.
2. Reserve for the state exclusive right on implementation of import of fish and seafood, products of their conversion according to appendix.
3. Realization of exclusive right of the state on implementation of import of fish and seafood, products of their conversion is performed by the organizations - winners of tenders on determination of the legal entities providing realization of this right. At the same time in warehouses of such legal entities according to the decision of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus tax posts can be entered.
4. Assign to Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus providing the organization of carrying out tenders on determination of the legal entities providing realization of exclusive right of the state on implementation of import of fish and seafood, products of their conversion, and also control of realization of such exclusive right of the state.
5. Approve the enclosed Regulations on carrying out tenders on determination of the legal entities providing realization of exclusive right of the state on implementation of import of fish and seafood, products of their conversion.
