1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements imposed to activities for production (formulyation) of pesticides (agricultural chemicals), realization of pesticides (agricultural chemicals), use of pesticides (agricultural chemicals) aerosol and fumigatsionny by methods.
2. Recognize invalid Item 1 and the subitem 3) of Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 as No. 613 "About approval of the qualification requirements imposed to the physical persons and legal entities performing activities for production (formulyation), realization and use of pesticides (agricultural chemicals)" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 25, the Art. 316).
3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after official publication.
