About approval of the Instruction about state registration of license agreements on use of works and objects of the related rights

Assign to Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan control of implementation of obligatory state registration of license agreements with issue of the state registration certificate, maintaining the unified state register of license agreements in the field of copyright and the related rights.
3. To committee on intellectual property rights:
1) in accordance with the established procedure to provide this order for registration to Department of registration and control of regulatory legal acts of the central and local state bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) to provide publication of the Instruction in mass media.
