For the purpose of enhancement of system of licensing of mineral rights and according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About subsoil" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for licensing of subsurface use.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 14, 2000 No. 338 "About licensing of subsurface use and use of small fields of popular minerals in the Kyrgyz Republic" the following change:

to exclude paragraph two of Item 1.

3. This resolution becomes effective in 15 days from the date of publication in mass media.

Regulations on procedure for licensing of subsurface use
