2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 23, 2006 No. 1276 "About approval of the qualification requirements imposed when licensing activities for the organization of construction of residential buildings due to fund raising of physical persons and legal entities for equity in housing construction" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 49, the Art. 527);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2007 No. 208 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 23, 2006 No. 1276" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 915, the Art. 102).
3. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since August 9, 2007.
