About introduction of import ban to the Russian Federation of separate types of goods
For the purpose of protection of homeland security of the Russian Federation and according to articles 29 and 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that import to the Russian Federation of the radio-electronic means intended for transfer and (or) acceptance of radio waves from space objects of communication (communication satellites, including dual purpose) foreign states, according to the list according to appendix, the strips of radio frequencies which do not have the decision of the State Commission on Radio Frequencies on allocation is forbidden.
2. Assign control of realization of prohibition, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution to the Federal Customs Service and Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
3. This resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2026.
The prohibition, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, is effective within 6 months.
