For the purpose of streamlining of information on the registered declarations of conformity on products which underwent obligatory confirmation of conformity and the issued certificates of conformity and also according to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About delegation of separate rule-making powers of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government" of September 15, 2014 No. 530,

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for maintaining the Unified register of the registered declarations of conformity on products which underwent obligatory confirmation of conformity and the issued certificates of conformity.

2. To management of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- within three days from the date of registration to publish this order in the state and official languages in the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" and to post the Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic on the official website;

- within three working days from the date of official publication to send this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- in accordance with the established procedure to send the copy of this order to Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This order becomes effective within 10 days from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economy of the Kyrgyz Republic E.Alisherova.
