1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 23, 2014 No. 160 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the state land cadastre in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10147) the following change and amendment:
in the Rules of maintaining the state land cadastre in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
the second Item 2 to state part in the following edition:
"Activities for maintaining the Inventory belong to the state monopoly, are performed by The Government for Citizens State corporation (further - the State corporation) and the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining (further - the Company), stipulated in Item 3 Articles 152 of the Land code.
At the same time the works provided by the subitem 2) of Item 1 of Article 153 of the Land code belong to activities of the Company.";
add Item 9 with part four of the following content:
"For forming of cartographic basis of the state land cadastre the state reference system is used.".
2. To provide to management committee with land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
