About modification and amendments in the Law "About Consumer Protection"

Article 1. State article 1 of the Law of June 26, 2001 to No. ZR-197 "About consumer protection" (further - the Law) in the following edition:

"Article 1. Basic concepts

1. The basic concepts used in this law are:

1) the consumer - the physical person who acts and acts outside the business activity, entrepreneurship, craft or professional activity;

2) uncertain circle of consumers - potential consumers of goods (work, service);

3) the manufacturing legal entity, the individual entrepreneur or the physical person making goods for realization;

7) lack of goods (work, service) - discrepancy of goods (work, service) to the regulating documents, terms of the contract or requirements which are usually shown to goods quality (works, services), and in sense of Articles 5. 1, 5.2 and 5.3 presents of the Law lack of goods are discrepancy of goods to the requirements provided by these Articles;
