Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of Item 2.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 2143 of May 19, 2023 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 858-VIQ of April 11, 2023 "About the electric power" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. In the "Rules of electricity use" approved by the Resolution No. 18 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 2, 2005. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 2, Article 121 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 116, No. 4, Article 471, No. 10, Article 1180, No. 11, article 1253, No. 12 (the book II), Article 1461) to make the following changes:
1.1. In Item 1.6 of the word "to the " rules of connection of construction objects to the power supply network or receipt of additional energy (electric power) " approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 399 of November 3, 2023." shall be replaced with words "to" rules on the power supply network", the approved Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 315 of June 25, 2024";
