In the text of the "Rules of certification of the telecommunication equipment and devices in the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 175 of August 21, 1998. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 8, Article 558 (volume I); 2024, No. 3, Article 338), the words "Public Service on Supervision of the Anti-monopoly and Consumer Market under the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "The state agency on supervision of the anti-monopoly and consumer market in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" in appropriate cases of nouns.
