Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of part 2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 580 of January 15, 2026 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 311-VIIQ of December 16, 2025 "About transport-forwarding activities" and modification of "Regulations of the import and export transactions in the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 609 of June 24, 1997 the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
3. In "The rule of transportation of dangerous goods by rail", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 207 of November 20, 2000. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 11, Article 828 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 73) to make the following changes:
3.1. In the second paragraph of subitem 1.1.1 of the word "the transport-forwarding companies providing services" shall be replaced with words "freight forwarders of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On transport-forwarding activities";
