1. "2) social projects - projects in the field of health care, education, civil protection, support of socially unprotected segments of the population, persons with disability, orphan children, children without parental support, rural youth, the unemployed, objects of utility and welfare infrastructure for needs of residents of monotowns, rural settlements and other projects determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
2) of Item 5 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) compliance of projects to one of the priority directions of budget investment policy (diversification of economy and infrastructure and innovative development, upgrade of the social sphere, safety of citizens through financing of measures for prevention of the natural phenomena and technogenic accidents);";
state Item 16 in the following edition:
"16. The commission considers petitions of TsGO on compliance to requirements of these rules and the Procedure for use and monitoring of fund determined by the central authorized body by budgetary planning in the terms established by the regulations on the Commission approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 7, 2025 No. 415.".
