2. Recommend to managing company of the special financial investment territory "Tamchy" to consider with particular legal regime and the status the established amount of assignment in case of development and adoption of the relevant acts determining procedure for calculation and payment of contributions to the republican budget.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
