About approval of the Procedure for holding obligatory pre-judicial mediativny information meeting and interaction of state bodies and Chambers of mediators of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of realization of part 6 of article 27 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About mediation", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) the Procedure for holding obligatory pre-judicial mediativny information meeting and interaction of state bodies and Chamber of mediators of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) categories of civil disputes on which the obligatory pre-judicial mediativny information meeting, according to appendix 2 is held;

3) the List of crimes of small weight and less heavy on which the obligatory mediativny information meeting at pre-judicial stage of criminal trial, according to appendix 3 is held.

2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) till December 20, 2026 to provide technical readiness of the Unified state register of mediators and to render organizational and technical assistance in information exchange of Chamber of mediators of the Kyrgyz Republic with information systems of courts and law enforcement agencies in the amount necessary for implementation of this resolution, with compliance with law of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of digital control, personal data protection and confidentiality of mediation;
