About creation of Training center in the field of the non-bank financial market

For the purpose of advanced training of specialists of the financial market and assistance to development of the non-bank financial market, being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Create Training center in the field of the non-bank financial market.

2. Approve Regulations on Training center in the field of the non-bank financial market according to appendix.

3. To service of regulation and supervision of the financial market under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) in accordance with the established procedure to make state registration of Training center in the field of the non-bank financial market in judicial authorities;

2) to resolve issues of placement of Training center in the field of the non-bank financial market and providing it by necessary material property in the procedure established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic at the expense of means and other sources of financing provided by this resolution;

3) to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

4. Determine that financing of activities of Training center in the field of the non-bank financial market is performed at the expense of the means arriving from rendering paid educational and consulting services, voluntary contributions, grant means of the international organizations and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
