About approval of the Regulations on procedure and criteria of voluntary accreditation of foreign investors in the Kyrgyz Republic

According to article 33 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About investments in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure and criteria of voluntary accreditation of foreign investors in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To national investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to provide start of the procedure of giving and consideration of the applications about accreditation in digital format, forming of digital card of the foreign investor and the investment project, and also maintaining the Register of accredited foreign investors;

2) to provide interdepartmental digital interaction with state bodies and the organizations for the purpose of receipt of the data necessary for accreditation, without repeated reclamation of such data at the applicant if they are available in the state digital technological systems;

3) to provide appointment of the responsible (coordinator) for escort of the accredited foreign investor according to the Provision specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. And to other organizations within the competences to provide to state bodies, administrative departments, local public administrations, local government bodies (under approval) interaction with National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning support of investment projects of accredited foreign investors.
