1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 9, 2023 No. 358 "About approval of Rules for apportionment of the liquefied oil gas emitted within the delivery plan out of commodity exchanges" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 33541) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules for apportionment of the liquefied oil gas emitted within the delivery plan out of the commodity exchanges approved by the specified order:
add subitem 2 with subitems 3-1) and 3-2) of the following content:
"3-1) register of local executive bodies - the register of owners of the group reservoir installations which are subjects of the socially significant markets;
3-2) register of authorized body in the field of industrial safety - the register of owners of gas-filling stations, gas-filling Items, autogas-filling stations and industrial consumers - owners of the vessels working under pressure, using them for storage of the liquefied oil gas;";
be reworded as follows Item 5:
"5. The supply requisitions of the liquefied oil gas persons specified in Item 3 of these rules constituted in form according to appendix 1 to these rules with application of copies of supporting documents, in time not later than 25 (twenty five) calendar days prior to the beginning of the planned quarter, are represented to the relevant local executive body.
In case of change of data in the request of person, specified in Item 3 of these rules, within 3 (three) working days provide in the relevant local executive body of the copy of supporting documents according to the changed data.";
be reworded as follows Item 9:
"9. Are not taken cognizance by local executive body of the request:
