1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban on export of oil and oil products from the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 1, 2021 No. 66 the following change:
- to state the subitem 4 of Item 1 in the following edition:
"4) exported for export till December 31, 2026 of oven fuel in the total amount which is not exceeding 9800 (nine thousand eight hundred) tons and the fuel oil of 1500 (one thousand five hundred) tons (classified by code of 2710 CN FEA EEU), made by Chayna Petrol Company Jundah; limited liability company.
2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on modification, this resolution specified in Item 1, no later than three days before entry into force of this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States about modification specified in Item 1 of this resolution no later than three days before entry into force of this resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
