1. 3) payment gateway of "the digital government" (further – PShTsP) – the digital object automating processes of information transfer about carrying out payments within rendering paid services;

4) the digital signature (further – the EDS) – the digital record (set of digital data) created with use of the closed key of the digital signature and means of the digital signature, confirmatory reliability of the electronic document, its accessory and invariance of content.

In case of representation by uslugopoluchatel of incomplete document package and (or) data the worker of the service provider during the term specified in part one of this Item prepares motivated refusal in form, according to appendix 2 to these rules (further – motivated refusal), in further review of the application which is directed by means of the portal to "personal account" of the uslugopoluchatel in electronic form signed by the EDS of the authorized person of the service provider.

In case of provision by uslugopoluchatel of complete document package and data the worker of the service provider sends inquiry to state bodies in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population, industrial safety when implementing uslugopoluchatel of the activities connected with turnover of precursors, to territorial subdivision of the service provider for receipt of the conclusion on compliance or discrepancy of uslugopoluchatel to requirements of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (The order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 3, 2021 No. KR DSM-72 "About approval of Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to buildings and constructions of production appointment" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 23852).
