1. The presents the size, conditions of provision and criteria of pronouncement of the conclusion about lack of need of provision of the government address public assistance are developed according to Item 6 of article 120 of the Social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Social code) and determine the size, conditions of provision and criteria of pronouncement of the conclusion about lack of need of provision of the address public assistance.
2. The main terms and concepts which are used:
1) the individual plan of the help to person (family) (further - the individual plan) - the actions plan on assistance of employment and (or) social adaptation constituted by career center together with person who addressed for rendering the address public assistance, and (or) members of his family;
