I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 30, 2022 No. 483 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Occupation Educational Activities in the field of Initial, Main Average, General Secondary, Technical and Professional, Postsecondary Education, Spiritual Education, Educational and Improving Services by the Minor" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 30833), the following changes and amendment:

The structure and Regulations on the commission affirm the order of the chairman of Committee.

The commission, having considered the expert opinion within 2 (two) working days makes the decision.

Based on the decision of the commission the responsible within 2 (two) working days creates the electronic decision - the license and (or) appendix to the license, or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service which is sent for approval and check to the head of the service provider.

The head of the service provider makes the decision on licensing and (or) appendices to it, renewal of the license and (or) appendix to it by reorganization of legal person licensee in the form of allocation or separation or about motivated refusal in rendering the state service and signs it with use of the EDS within 1 (one) working day. In case of refusal in rendering the state service hearing with uslugopoluchatel is not carried out.";

2) in Departments:

the responsible within 22 (twenty two) working days from the moment of their registration checks documents for compliance to qualification requirements, carries out allowing control with visit of uslugopoluchatel, creates the expert opinion and presents him for consideration of the commission. The structure and Regulations on the commission affirm the order of the department director.

The commission, having considered the expert opinion, within 2 (two) working days makes the decision.
