2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with SK Ondeu LLP (under approval) and SSAP LLP (under approval) to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state share in the authorized capital of CS LLP to Committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
