Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2025 No. 2207 "About carrying out experiment on accounting of data on the cash amounts which arrived into accounts, deposits (deposits) opened in credit institutions in case of determination of the right of citizens to the monthly allowance in connection with the birth and education of the child established by the Federal Law "About Public Welfare Payments to the Citizens Having Children" (The Russian Federation Code, 2026, No. 1, the Art. 81).
2. To provide to fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation with the assistance of the Central bank of the Russian Federation till October 15, 2026 connection of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation to data on availability at credit institution of the license for banking operations through API service of the Central bank of the Russian Federation.
