About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 7, 2023 No. 377 "About approval of Rules of development and (or) updating of professional standards"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 7, 2023 No. 377 "About approval of Rules of development and (or) updating of professional standards" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 33401) the following changes and amendment:

in Rules of development and (or) updating of the professional standards approved by the specified order:

in Item 2:

14) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"14) informal education - the education type planned, organized and performed by the organizations which provide the educational services rendered without the place, terms and form of education, and accompanied with issue of the document confirming results of training;";

add with the subitem 15) of the following content:

"15) digital bank of skills (further - TsBN) - the Section of the NSK digital platform containing the systematized data on the skills used in professional activity.";

and 5 to state items 4 in the following edition:

"4. The professional standard is developed on the NSK digital platform on structure of the professional standard according to appendix 1 to these rules by sight of professional activity and consists of cards (card) of professions.

In case of development of the professional standard use of functionality of the NSK digital platform is allowed.

The type of professional activity is determined according to the fifth sign (subclass) by the General qualifier of types of economic activity (further - OKED).

Names of professions in cards (card) of the professional standard correspond to names of occupations from NKZ.
