About modification and amendments in some orders

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders to which changes and amendment are made (further – the List).

2. To provide to committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for the paragraph of the eighth Item 1 of the List which becomes effective since January 1, 2036.

The list of some orders to which changes and amendment are made

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 1, 2017 No. 36 "About approval of Rules of pricing in the socially significant markets" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14778) the change following:

in Rules of pricing in the socially significant markets approved by the specified order:

2. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 18, 2019 No. 26 "About approval of the list of regulated services" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 18558) the following change:

Processing of the statement of uslugopoluchatel for inclusion in the State register of subjects of natural monopolies, except for services in the field of air navigation and the airports and communication is performed within 30 (thirty) minutes from the moment of receipt in the state digital system of permissions and notifications, further following the results of the certificate on inclusion in the state register of subjects of natural monopolies is created, except for services in the field of air navigation and the airports and communication in electronic form signed by the transport signature of the state digital system of permissions and notifications and goes to personal account of uslugopoluchatel on the portal.

In case of the automated decision making when rendering the state service electronically the result is created by digital system without participation of the service provider. In case of disagreement with result the uslugopoluchatel has the right to its review with participation of the service provider.";
