Some questions of conducting examination of specifications of accession to gas-transport or gas-distribution system (basic data) on compliance to the existing standards, regulations and rules
According to part eleven of article 19-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for conducting examination of specifications of accession to gas-transport or gas-distribution system (basic data) on compliance to the existing standards, regulations and rules which is applied.
2. Bring in the Procedure for maintaining Single state electronic system in the field of construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 23, 2021 No. 681 "Some questions of ensuring functioning of Single state electronic system in the field of construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 55, Art. 3401; 2024, No. 54, the Art. 3189, No. 101, the Art. 6454), changes which are applied.
3. Declare invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 813 "About determination of independent organizations which carry out independent examination of basic data of construction projects of objects of gas-transport or gas-distribution system" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 82, of the Art. 2711);
Item of 31 changes which are made to the acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 25, 2019 No. 850 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 78, by the Art. 2697).
