Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 23, 2021 No. 681 "Some questions of ensuring functioning of Single state electronic system in the field of construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 55, Art. 3401; 2022, No. 37, Art. 1982; 2023, No. 70, Art. 4065; 2024, No. 16, Art. 1028, No. 90, Art. 5794, No. 101, Art. 6454; 2026, No. 12, the Art. 863) and of December 23, 2021 No. 1458 "Some questions of provision of construction products in the market" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 12, the Art. 639), changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure of maintaining Single state electronic system in the field of construction, No. 681 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 23, 2021:

"Other terms are used in the value given in the legislation in spheres of town-planning activities, ensuring energy efficiency of buildings, provisions of construction products in the market, electronic identification and electronic confidential services, electronic document management and use of electronic documents about the prices and pricing.";
