requirements to competence of bodies for determination of the technical acceptability;

The list of cases of essential utilization properties in which the reference to the meeting procedural technical specifications is optional.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2006 No. 240 "About approval of Rules of confirmation of suitability of new construction products for application" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 10, the Art. 613);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 4, 2017 No. 753 "About modification of Rules of confirmation of suitability of new construction products for application" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 82, the Art. 2515).

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023, except paragraphs of the fifth and sixth Item 1, of Item 2 of this resolution which become effective from the date of its official publication.

Instruction for creation of the declaration of indicators of construction products

General questions

1. This Instruction establishes the procedure of filling with producers of the declaration of indicators of construction products (further - the declaration) according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of construction products in the market".

2. In this Instruction terms are used in the value given in the Laws of Ukraine "About provision of construction products in the market", "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity".

3. The declaration is constituted by the producer concerning each construction products (the corresponding type) in case of input of products in turnover according to form of the declaration of indicators of the construction products (further - declaration form) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 23, 2021 No. 1458.

4. The declaration is constituted by the producer with use of Single state electronic system in the field of construction (further - Electronic system) according to the Procedure for maintaining Single state electronic system in the field of construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 23, 2021 No. 681 "Some questions of ensuring functioning of Single state electronic system in the field of construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 55, the Art. 3401) (further - the Procedure for maintaining Electronic system).
