About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning forming of complex state support and increase in social guarantees for families with persons with disability

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to persons with disability since the childhood and to children with disability" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 1, Art. 2 with the following changes):

Preamble to state 1) in the following edition:

"This Law according to the Constitution of Ukraine determines the organizational and legal basis of provision of complex state support to persons with disability since the childhood and to children with disability.";

Article 1-3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 1. Right to complex state support

Complex state support is provided to persons with disability since the childhood, to children with disability, to their parents or other legal representatives and includes money payments and social services, other types of social support, in particular the combined social service of early intervention.

Persons with disability since the childhood and children with disability aged to 18 years have the right to the government public assistance.

The central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of social protection of the population will organize work to destination and payment of the government public assistance to persons with disability since the childhood and to children with disability, and also performs coordination of provision of the social services determined by this Law, in particular the combined social service of early intervention.
