I ORDER:

1. Approve Requirements to subjects of estimation of condition of cyberprotection which are attached.

2. Determine that estimation of observance of requirements of target profiles of safety is performed by the subjects of estimation meeting the Requirements to legal entities and physical persons - to the entrepreneurs performing estimation of realization of target profile of safety of information, electronic communication, information and communication, technological systems, approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of July 11, 2025 No. 438, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 31, 2025 at No. 1125/44531.

3. To provide to the director of the department of cyberprotection of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
