Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 2014 No. 152 "About approval of sample of the form, technical description and the Procedure for registration, issue, exchange, transfer, withdrawal, return to the state, recognitions invalid and destructions of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 45, the Art. 1188, No. 97, Art. 2806; 2017, No. 2, the Art. 38) and of March 25, 2015 No. 302 "About approval of sample of the form, technical description and the Procedure for registration, issue, exchange, transfer, withdrawal, return to the state, recognitions invalid and destructions of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 40, the Art. 1188, No. 101, Art. 3477; 2016, No. 87, the Art. 2829) changes which are applied.
