1. Establish rates for the heat energy released by the republican unitary enterprises of power industry of the national production association of power industry Belenergo in the amount of:
1.1. till May 31, 2026 – 27,2323 of Belarusian ruble for 1 Gcal, since June 1, 2026 – 29,2224 of Belarusian ruble for 1 Gcal for:
religious organizations;
the organizations of health care (their structural and (or) separate divisions) providing medical care in stationary conditions; prosthetic and orthopedic recovery centers and their structural and (or) separate divisions;
the organizations regarding use of heat energy for needs of orphanages of family type;
1.2. till May 31, 2026 – 26,15 of Belarusian ruble for 1 Gcal, since June 1, 2026 – 28,06 of Belarusian ruble for 1 Gcal for:
located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, except for located in the territory of the city of Minsk, the organizations performing operation of housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services, the organizations of builders, partnerships of owners, and also the organizations having in property on the right of economic maintaining or operational management apartment houses regarding use of heat energy for rendering utilities to the population on hot water supply and heat supply (heating);
the organizations located in the territory of the city of Minsk performing operation of housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services, the organizations of builders, partnerships of owners, and also the organizations having in property on the right of economic maintaining or operational management apartment houses regarding use of heat energy for rendering utilities to the population on hot water supply and heat supply (heating);
