About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus
Based on paragraphs of the seventh and eighth of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2002 No. 110-Z "About precious metals and gemstones", subitem 3.1 of Item 3, of item 4 of the Regulations on the state assay supervision in the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2014 No. 548, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for accomplishment (rendering) for assay works (services) and collections of payment for these works (services) approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 No. 47, the following changes:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. For the purposes of this Instruction the following terms and their determinations are used:
"the state assay brand of the Republic of Belarus", "diagnostics of gemstones", "gemstones", "precious metals", "mark", "branding", "approbation", "test", "examination of precious metals", "jewelry and other products" in the values determined respectively by paragraphs the fifth, the seventh or tenth, the twelfth, the eighteenth, the twenty first, twenty fifth and twenty sixth article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About precious metals and gemstones";
the analysis – determination of chemical composition of metal and its alloy of which the product, including by application of the methods providing destruction of this product is made;
"manufacturers" in the value determined by the paragraph the second Item 2 of the Regulations on the state assay supervision in the Republic of Belarus;
weight silver – ware and tableware, the toilet objects, objects of decoration of interior, souvenirs, etc. made of silver alloys;
