About questions of functioning of the State register of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of streamlining of legal status of the State register of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulation of the questions connected with provision of information from the State register of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic according to article 27 of the Digital code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) Regulations on the State register of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
2) the Procedure for provision of information from the State register of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of implementation of separate types of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 12, 2024 No. 167 the following change:
in the Instruction about procedure for documents acceptance, registration, personification, accounting, issue and destruction of the ID card and the all-civil passport approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 52 in the following edition:
"52. Accounting of the valid and invalid passports is performed according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating questions of the State register of national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
