About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 26, 2023 No. 1390
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 26, 2023 No. 1390 "About procedure for determination of standard rates of accumulating of solid utility waste, modification of Rules of the direction to subjects of the Russian Federation and consideration of recommendations of the Russian ecological operator by them in case of approval or adjustment of the regional program in the field of the address with waste, including with the solid utility waste, and also in case of establishment or adjustment of standard rates of accumulating of solid utility waste and recognition which voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 36, the Art. 6714).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
