About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the National agency on investments in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 15, 2022 No. 115
For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for investment attraction, improvement of the investment climate, improvement of quality of the services provided to investors, effective functioning of system of the prevention of corruption, being guided by Articles 66, 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the National agency on investments in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 15, 2022 No. 115 the following changes:
in Regulations on the National agency on investments in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree:
- add Item 14 with the paragraph the fourteenth the following content:
"-render services according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic;";
- add Item 22 with the paragraph the eighteenth the following content:
"-bears responsibility for creation and functioning of internal system of the prevention of corruption;".
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time:
1) to bring the decisions into accord with this Decree;
2) to take other measures following from this Decree.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
