About introduction of amendments to the Law on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment No. 105/2018 (guaranteeing the rights of the unemployed leaving in other state member)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
This law:
- creates the necessary regulatory base for application of Articles 64 and 65 of Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) No. 883/2004 of the April 29, 2004 about coordination of social security systems published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 166 of April 30, 2004, CELEX: 32004R0883, taking into account the last changes made by Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2019/1149 of June 20, 2019;
- shifts the Recommendation No. U2 of June 12, 2009 about application of Item (a) of part (1) Article 64 of Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) No. 883/2004 concerning the unemployed accompanying the spouses or partners, performing the professional or business activity in the state member which is not the competent state published in the Official magazine of the European Union C 106 of April 24, 2010, CELEX: 32010H0424(03).
Art. I. - In the Law on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment No. 105/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-308, 448), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Add with formula of harmonization of the following content:
"This law:
- creates the necessary regulatory base for application of Articles 64 and 65 of Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) No. 883/2004 of the April 29, 2004 about coordination of social security systems published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 166 of April 30, 2004, CELEX: 32004R0883, taking into account the last changes made by Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2019/1149 of June 20, 2019;
