About modification of some regulations (promotion of professional ethics and upgrade of system of personnel management in the field of public management)

This law partially shifts (part (1) Article 3 and part (1) Articles 6) the Directive of Council 2000/78/EC of November 27, 2000 about creation of general standards in support of equality in the field of employment and work, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 303 of December 2, 2000, CELEX: 32000L0078.

Art. I. – In part (3) article 9-1 of the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art.
