About modification of some regulations (about administration and use of highways public)

This law partially shifts (shifts part (1) Articles 3, part (1) Articles 4, Article 7; Appendix I also partially shifts Article 2 and part (1) articles 8b) the Directive of Council 96/53/EU of July 25, 1996, establishing for some road vehicles moving in Community, most permitted overall dimensions in case of national and international carriages and most permitted weight in case of international carriages published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L235 of September 17, 1996, CELEX: 31996L0053, taking into account the last changes made by Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2019/1242 of June 20, 2019.
Art. I. – In the Law on highways No. 509/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 7-17, 32), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. To state formula of harmonization in the following edition:
"This law partially shifts (shifts part (1) Articles 3, part (1) Articles 4, Article 7; Appendix I also partially shifts Article 2 and part (1) articles 8b) the Directive of Council 96/53/EU of July 25, 1996, establishing for some road vehicles moving in Community, most permitted overall dimensions in case of national and international carriages and most permitted weight in case of international carriages published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 235 of September 17, 1996, CELEX: 31996L0053, taking into account the last changes made by Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2019/1242 of June 20, 2019.".
2. In Article 1:
in part (3):
in the concept "parcel of land adjacent to the highway" shall be replaced with words the words "its conservation zones" "including strip of branch and its safety area";
add part with concepts of the following content:
"the most admissible overall dimensions – the maximum operational overall dimensions of the vehicle established in appendix 2;
the most admissible weight – the maximum mass of the operated vehicle in the loaded condition;
