About change of resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of January 12, 2022 No. 5 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures in the field of trade and public catering":
subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 8.3.1 "Approval of traffic route of autoshop for implementation of retail trade in the territory of the rural zone", approved by this resolution to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2026 No. 221 "About ministerial procedures";";
to add subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 8.5.1 "Approval of the holding fair" approved by this resolution with the paragraph of the following content:
"the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2026 No. 221 "About ministerial procedures";";
