About modification of some regulations (proper level of minimum wage)

This law partially shifts (parts (1) - (3) Articles 1, Items 3 and 5 of Article 3, Items (a) and (d) of part (1) Articles 4, part (1) Articles 5, Articles 7, 9 and part (1) Articles 10) the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EC) 2022/2041 of October 19, 2022 about the proper level of minimum wage in the European Union published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 275 of October 25, 2022, CELEX: 32022L2041.
Art. I. - In the Law on procedure for establishment and review of minimum wage No. 1432/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 21-24, 79), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Add with formula of harmonization of the following content:
"This law partially shifts (parts (1) - (3) Articles 1, Items 3 and 5 of Article 3, Items (a) and (d) of part (1) Articles 4, part (1) Articles 5, Articles 7, 9 and part (1) Articles 10) the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EC) 2022/2041 of October 19, 2022 about the proper level of minimum wage in the European Union published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 275 of October 25, 2022, CELEX: 32022L2041.".
2. In Article 1:
part (to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) This law determines procedure for establishment and review of minimum wage for the purpose of improvement of living conditions and work, in particular increase in proper level of minimum wage, assistance of the ascending social convergence and reducing inequality in compensation.";
add Article with parts (3) - (5) the following content:
"(3) For goal achievement of this law the state:
a) promotes conducting collective bargainings;
b) supports expansion of scope with collective bargainings for establishment of minimum wage at the national, industry, territorial levels and at the enterprise level the parties of social partnership;
