About modification of some regulations (adjustment of the regulatory base about automatic exchange of information about financial accounts)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (4) article 103-1 of the Law on payment services and electronic money No. 114/2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 193-197, 661), with subsequent changes to add with Item h) the following content:

"h) provision to the State Tax Administration of information according to provisions and within the Multilateral agreement of competent authorities about automatic exchange of information about financial accounts.".

Art. II. - In the Law on realization of provisions of the Multilateral agreement of competent authorities on automatic exchange of information on financial accounts No. 69/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 126, of the Art. 199), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. "Financial accounts" to add Article 1 after words with the words "and the additional Act to it".

2. In Article 2 in the concept "General Standard of the Reporting" of the word" (including Comments)," shall be replaced with words

", including Comments to it, with subsequent changes,".

3. In Article 3:

1) to state Item in the following edition:

"1) in case of physical person - surname, the address, residence jurisdiction, tax ID number, birth date and birth place of each advance holder who is account holder, and also information on whether the account holder provided the valid declaration under the responsibility;";
