Rules of registration of domain names

I. General provisions

1. These rules determine order of registration of domain names, including requirements to domain names in case of their registration, terms of implementation of registration of domain names and use of domain names, and also the bases, procedure and terms of decision making about registration or about refusal in registration of domain names.

2. The concepts used in these rules mean the following:

"administration of domain name" - implementation by person on which the domain name, the rights and obligations established by these rules is registered when using domain name;

"cancellation of registration of domain name" - exception of data on domain name of the register of domain names;

"delegation of domain name" - ensuring addressing of domain name on the Internet (further - Internet network);

"domains of the top level" - the groups of the domain names having single unique symbolical value, determined by Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications according to part 3 of article 14.2 of the Federal law "About Information, Information Technologies and on Information Security";
