About entering of amendments into the Law "About Ecopatrol Service"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 16, 2026

Article 1. No. ZR-364 "About ecopatrol service" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 6 of the Law of November 22, 2023 with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) is established by procedure for participation of the implementation of monitoring of biodiversity of the state woods, forest lands and especially protected natural territories serving in processes.".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 25 of the law with Items 13.1 and 13.2 of the following content:

"13. 1) according to the procedure, established by the head of the state body authorized by the Government to participate in limits of the competence of processes of implementation of monitoring of biodiversity of the state woods, forest lands and especially protected natural territories within the competence;

13. 2) to cooperate with local government bodies within the competence for the purpose of obtaining and exchange of operational information within ensuring protection of the state woods, forest grounds and especially protected natural territories;".

Article 3.

1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.

2. The subordinate regulatory legal act following from this law is accepted within two months after the introduction of this law in force.
