About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Veterinary Science"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 25, 2026
Article 1. No. ZR-137 "About veterinary science" (further - the Law) after words of "economy" to add Item 37 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of June 21, 2014 with the words "nurseries, animals shelters".
Article 2. To add Item 2 of part 7 of article 33 of the Law before the word "infectious" with the word "incurable".
Article 3. To recognize article 34 of the Law invalid.
Article 4. To add article 35 of the law with part 3 following of content:
"3. The obligations and restrictions provided in this Article concerning domestic and homeless animals, office, exhibition, sporting or entertaining events are effective in that measure in what they do not contradict the provisions of the law "About the responsible treatment of animals".".
Article 5. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
